About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have managed Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Analytics, with a proven track record of working with international and domestic clients.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns to drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
- Manage campaigns ensuring correct geo-targeting, budgeting, and cultural nuances.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in paid marketing and bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (certifications are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Experience with other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheet
