Dream Design Real Estate LLC is seeking a skilled and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and scale **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads** campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize **Google Ads Search & Pay-Per-Click (PPC)** campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and lead generation.
Requirements
✔ Minimum **2 years of experience** in Digital Marketing.
✔ **Meta Ads Certified**.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with **Google Ads (Search & PPC Campaigns)**.
✔ Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
✔ Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
✔ Real Estate marketing experience will be an added advantage.
