Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns to drive leads and customer acquisition.
The candidate will oversee PPC strategy, performance tracking, and ROI optimization while contributing to overall digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Develop campaign and ad group strategies to maximize ROI
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and bidding optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine for better results
- Execute A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, conversions, ROI)
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing on campaign strategy
- Provide onsite SEO support on WordPress, including:
- Website audits
- Keyword optimization
- Performance improvements
- Identify new online marketing opportunities (social, mobile, blogs, forums)
- Manage social media accounts and engagement (comments, posts, updates)
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and database management
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies for paid media activities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (preferred)
- Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles
- Experience with WordPress platform
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
