About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Digital Marketing & E-commerce Performance Specialist to drive growth across our website and mobile app channels.
This role combines performance marketing, analytics, tracking implementation, and conversion optimization to improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in:
• E-commerce Performance Marketing
- UAE/GCC ecommerce experience is highly preferred
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- App acquisition platforms
- Optimize key performance metrics, including:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• LTV (Lifetime Value)
- Conversion rates
- Manage:
- App install campaigns
- Re-engagement campaigns
- In-app conversion campaigns
Website & App Technical Marketing
- Own and manage website and mobile app marketing performance from a technical perspective
- Configure and maintain:
• Conversion APIs (CAPI)
- Implement, test, and validate:
- Event tracking
- Marketing pixels
- SDK integrations
- Server-side tracking
- Monitor:
- Website performance and speed
- Landing page effectiveness
- Checkout funnel drop-offs
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution paths using:
- GA4
- Firebase Analytics
- Advertising platforms
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Landing pages
- Creatives
- Conversion funnels
- App user flows
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between analytics and advertising platforms
- Build performance dashboards and reports with clear, actionable insights
Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with Product, Technology, UX/UI, and Design teams on feature launches and optimizations
- Support ecommerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, and app feature rollouts
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and tracking partners when required
