Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, storefronts, product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels.
• Oversee SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media activities.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, sales, and customer behavior; improve the shopping experience and customer journey.
• Coordinate campaign execution and brand messaging with Sales, Product, Creative, and Operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; manage budgets and report performance with recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or online sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
• Analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented understanding of online customer behavior and conversion optimization.
