Digital Marketing cum Social Media Manager
About This Role
We are looking for a strategic and results‑oriented Digital Marketing cum Social Media Manager to drive growth and build a strong online presence for our brand in the Dubai real estate market.
If you live and breathe campaigns, leads, and engagement, and are comfortable managing budgets and performance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (strategy, content, engagement, and reporting).
- Develop and manage the monthly marketing and advertising budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Track and measure lead‑generation KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rates, CPL, etc.) and present actionable insights.
- Create compelling content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and content marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.
- Knowledge and experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking lead‑generation performance.
- Dubai real estate background is a must.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the UAE industry.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
