Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (strategy, content, engagement, and reporting).
• Develop and manage the **monthly marketing and advertising budget**, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Track and measure lead‑generation KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rates, CPL, etc.) and present actionable insights.
• Create compelling content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and content marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in **digital marketing and lead generation**.
• Strong knowledge of **social media platforms and content strategy**.
• Hands‑on experience with **Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools**.
• **Knowledge and experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking lead‑generation performance**.
• **Dubai real estate background is a must**.
• **Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the UAE industry**.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
