Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Professor based in Ajman.

The Digital Marketing Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum on topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

include preparing lesson plans, lectures, practical assignments, and assessments that align with industry standards and current digital trends.

The role involves mentoring learners, providing academic guidance and feedback, and supporting their professional development and job readiness.

The professor will also collaborate with internal teams to update course materials, integrate real-world case studies, and contribute to program quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in core digital marketing domains, such as SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad managers, marketing automation, and content management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and assessment within higher education, vocational training, or corporate learning environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, practical terms.
  • Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field); advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an advantage.
  • Proven professional experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of campaigns or projects demonstrating measurable results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams, adapt to diverse learner needs, and stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience teaching or training in the GCC region is a plus; familiarity with multicultural learning environments is highly beneficial.
