• What you'll be doing
• As a Digital Learning Trainee, you will begin by immersing yourself in key retail stores to understand the daily work of Beauty Advisors and identify real training needs.
• You will then learn how to translate the brand’s identity into modern digital learning content, transforming traditional materials into micro‑learning formats such as short videos, quizzes, and story‑style modules.
• As you progress, you will build deeper knowledge in categories like fragrances and skincare and create specialized digital modules that support retail teams.
• You will also use analytics and feedback to refine content, explore new digital tools that enhance the learning experience, and support the preparation of reports that highlight the impact of digital training.
• What you’ll need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication
• Fresh graduates

• Fluent English Language
