Overview
- Hiring: Digital ID Support Engineer \| Doha, Qatar
- What you’ll be doing:
- Provide in-depth
- application support
- and troubleshooting across complex systems
- Support
- validation, integration, and deployment
- of enterprise solutions
- Perform
- PKI operations
- and certificate lifecycle management
- Collaborate on
- UAT, testing, and defect tracking
- Support
- production systems
- with SLAs and escalation procedures
- Contribute to
- system optimization, performance tuning, and security compliance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for
- deployments, migrations, and releases
- What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in
Application Support / Production Support
- Strong knowledge of
PKI, IAM (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with
Windows & Linux (Red Hat)
- environments
- Hands-on exposure to
- cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices
- Familiarity with
- monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki)
- Working knowledge of
- SQL databases & log analysis
- Experience with
ServiceNow / ITSM tools
- Development exposure in
- Java or .NET
- is a strong plus

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, Kubernetes) are a plus
