As a Digital Graduate, you'll gain valuable experience across multiple disciplines including GIS, 4D Planning and Digital Delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to develop into a well-rounded digital professional whilst providing flexible support across business requirements. You'll work alongside teams across Kier Design, supporting a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects whilst developing your understanding of the wider business.

As a Digital Graduate, you'll be working within the Digital team, supporting them in delivering innovative digital solutions across construction projects. Your day to day will include:

Supporting the GIS team with project delivery and workload requirements

Assisting the 4D Planning team with Synchro modelling and project support activities

Supporting Digital Delivery initiatives, including digital construction activities and general project support

Assisting with data analysis, reporting and digital innovation activities across the business

Contributing to the development and continual improvement of digital workflows and standards

This role of Digital Graduate is great for you if you:

Hold a degree (or are working towards one) in Graphic Design, Games Development, Construction Management Planning, GIS, Geography, BIM or a closely related discipline

Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in digital construction and the construction industry, with clear motivation to learn and develop professionally

Can prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively whilst maintaining high standards

Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and knowledge, and the ability to adapt in response to feedback

Hold a Full driving licence
