About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy graduate intern to join Eye care business unit as a Digital Engagement Specialist.
This role provides exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, HCP engagement, and multi-channel campaigns, supporting our mission to deliver impactful scientific and brand messages to physicians and pharmacists across KSA.
As an intern, you will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital and remote engagement activities, gaining hands-on experience in multichannel marketing, CRM, and HCP interactions.
Reporting to:
1. Digital & Remote Engagement
- Assist in conducting remote calls and video detailing sessions with physicians and pharmacists.
- Support execution of mass email campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp (approved), and other digital touchpoints.
- Help track HCP engagement, feedback, and participation in webinars or virtual events.
2. CRM & Documentation
- Record interactions, call outcomes, and digital engagement metrics in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy, account updates, and proper follow-ups in collaboration with field teams.
3. Content & Campaign Support
- Assist in preparing digital materials (emails, scripts, presentations) under supervision.
- Support campaign sequencing and scheduling for maximum impact.
- Help monitor digital KPIs such as email open rate, and webinar attendance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, commercial excellence, and sales teams.
- Share HCP feedback, trends, and insights from remote interactions.
- Participate in internal team meetings to learn about brand strategy and omnichannel execution.

Education
Pharmacy fresh graduate or student in final years.
& Competencies
- Strong interest in digital marketing and HCP engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email platforms).
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for innovation in digital healthcare solutions.
- Experience: Internship or academic projects in pharmacy or marketing are a plus.
