Digital Development Underwriter

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Development Underwriter to join our Digital Commercial Insurance (DCI) team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the digital transformation of commercial insurance, helping to develop broker relationships, digitise books of business, and support the delivery of market-leading solutions.

The role can be based from any of our UK office locations.

• Work closely with brokers across the UK to identify and digitise books of business, bringing innovative solutions to the market.
• Travel nationwide to build relationships, finalise deals, and help brokers transition their business onto Chubb’s digital platforms.
• Be the ‘boots on the ground’—understanding broker and customer challenges, and translating them into opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support product and process development, collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding solutions for our clients.
• Underwrite cross-class small commercial business, driving growth and profitability.
• Assess portfolio performance and contribute to Chubb’s strategic goals.
