  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer Manager to lead our digital design team and oversee the creation of engaging, user-centered visual content.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and driving creative excellence across all digital touchpoints.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital designers and creative professionals
  • Develop and execute digital design strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Oversee the creation of UI/UX designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital channels and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Review and provide feedback on design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
  • Manage design workflows, timelines, and project priorities
  • Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
  • Contribute to creative direction and brand development initiatives
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital design, UI/UX design, or creative design roles
  • 1–3 years of leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience working with web and mobile design projects
  • Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
