Seline Clinic LLC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Digital Designer
to join our Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, social media, website, paid advertising, and brand communication channels.
This role requires a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, clean design, premium branding, and digital storytelling.
The Digital Designer will support the clinic’s marketing strategy by producing visually engaging graphics, UI/UX layouts, motion graphics, short-form video assets, and campaign visuals aligned with the clinic’s premium positioning in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, longevity, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital graphics for social media, paid ads, website, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, presentations, and internal/external brand materials.
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns related to dermatology, aesthetic treatments, plastic surgery, regenerative medicine, longevity, wellness, and luxury healthcare services.
- Design UI/UX layouts for websites, landing pages, lead-generation pages, digital forms, and patient-facing digital journeys.
- Prepare motion graphics, reels assets, animated stories, short-form video elements, transitions, typography animation, and visual effects for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, content creators, photographers, videographers, and external vendors.
- Ensure all creative materials follow Seline Clinic’s brand identity, tone, visual standards, luxury positioning, and medical advertising requirements.
- Support campaign launches by preparing all required creative formats and resizing assets for different platforms.
- Create design assets for paid campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos while maintaining a premium and medically appropriate visual style.
- Prepare presentation decks, campaign proposals, mood boards, visual concepts, and creative direction materials.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, source files, and brand assets for easy access and future use.
- Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX trends, social media formats, motion graphics techniques, and luxury healthcare branding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital graphics, UI/UX work, social media design, motion graphics, and campaign visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar design/video tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads creative formats, and digital platform requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and revise designs based on feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and ability to maintain premium brand consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with luxury aesthetic clinic branding.
- Knowledge of medical advertising sensitivity and before/after content handling.
- Ability to create clean, elegant, premium, and modern visual designs.
- Basic understanding of patient journey, lead-generation design, and conversion-focused creatives.
