About The Role

• You have strong experience in digital design within a creative agency, digital studio, or multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven ability to craft visually compelling stories across digital platforms, interactive experiences, presentations and immersive environments.
• Strong understanding of pixels, typography, composition, design systems, layout, visual storytelling, and digital-first design principles.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience designing for large-format screens, experiential installations, events, exhibitions, or interactive environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of motion design, animation systems, and how graphics behave across digital touchpoints.
• Ability to translate strategic ideas and narratives into bold, visually refined creative outputs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design, digital experience and content design.
• Comfortable working across multiple styles and industries while maintaining strong craft and attention to detail.
• Understanding of production workflows across digital, video, experiential, and interactive mediums.
• AI-First Advantage: Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion, Sora, Kling, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Higgsfield.ai, and similar platforms to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, image generation, and creative workflows.

• You create bold, future-facing visual experiences across digital platforms, immersive environments, campaigns, presentations, and digital content.
• Design high-quality visual assets for interactive installations, experiential activations and all digital communications.
• Collaborate closely with creatives, animators, developers, producers, and AI specialists to bring ideas to life from concept to execution.
• Think beyond singular design and develop systems that are dynamic, adaptive, and digitally native.
• Translate complex ideas, technologies, and narratives into clear, visually engaging communication pieces.
• Contribute to the visual evolution of brands through strong graphic design, typography, motion thinking, and storytelling.
• Use AI tools as creative accelerators for rapid ideation, visual experimentation, and production support while maintaining originality and creative integrity.
• Maintain a strong eye for detail, craft, composition, and visual consistency across every output.
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly, explaining the rationale behind visual approaches and creative direction.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital culture, creativity, motion, immersive technology, and visual communication.
• Thrive in a fast-moving creative environment where experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning are part of the process
