Organic social is the primary focus, with opportunities to contribute to digital and print projects, campaigns, packaging, and in-store experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce paid and organic social content, digital assets, and UI elements.
- Create motion graphics and edit campaign videos using After Effects.
- Edit and retouch photos for digital campaigns and platforms.
- Collaborate to deliver high-quality creative work and adapt concepts across channels while maintaining consistency and performance.
- Prepare production-ready digital files.
- Support print projects, including packaging, in-store signage, and production-ready print assets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of digital design experience; retail, e-commerce, or agency experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, emails, social content, motion design, and UI work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Experience with motion design, animation, and production workflows.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Print design and production experience, including packaging, in-store signage, or POP assets, is an asset.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
