How You’ll Contribute

  • As a Director in Cyber & Digital Trust, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead cybersecurity and digital trust strategies that align with national priorities, regulatory frameworks, and client objectives.
  • Executive Engagement: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to assess digital risks, guide investment decisions, and embed trust into digital transformation initiatives.
  • Solution Development: Oversee the design and delivery of innovative, end-to-end cybersecurity services, including governance, threat management, data privacy, and digital identity.
  • Cross-Sector Collaboration: Drive collaboration across industries, regulatory bodies, and technology alliances to shape resilient ecosystems and influence policy.
  • Thought Leadership & Growth: Contribute to the firm’s market position through industry leadership, IP developent, and business growth within Cyber & Digital Trust.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • 12+ years in cybersecurity, digital trust, or technology risk consulting, ideally in Big Four or top-tier firms, with a focus on executive leadership and complex cyber program delivery.
  • Leads enterprise-level cybersecurity programs with deep expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic threat mitigation.
  • Oversees high-impact incident response and remediation efforts, including incident response planning, security incident management, and coordinated recovery.
  • Provides advanced guidance on security architecture, vulnerability management, and network forensics to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical risks into clear strategic insights that enable informed decision-making.
