Role Description
The Digital Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives across marketing, content, social media, websites, and online platforms.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth digital operations, campaign coordination, and consistent online brand presence.
Key responsibilities
include coordinating digital marketing campaigns, updating website and social media content, and supporting content publishing schedules.
The role involves monitoring digital performance metrics, assisting with online promotions, and ensuring digital assets are properly managed and optimized.
The Digital Coordinator works closely with marketing, design, content, IT, and external agencies to support digital projects and campaign execution.
They are responsible for maintaining digital calendars, coordinating communication between teams, and supporting reporting activities for digital performance.
In addition, the role includes assisting with SEO/SEM activities, email marketing coordination, analytics reporting, and digital platform administration.
The Digital Coordinator plays a key role in supporting online engagement, digital efficiency, and marketing operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, social media, or online operations roles
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital tools
- Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or CRM tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Basic analytical skills for campaign and engagement reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with strong coordination skills
- Proactive and adaptable working attitude
