The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms to support the organization's marketing and communication objectives.
The role ensures consistent brand messaging, maintains website and digital channel content, applies SEO best practices, and monitors content performance to enhance audience engagement and online visibility.
***Key Responsibilities***
Content Planning & Development
- Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing and brand objective
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platform
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and communication standards
Digital Platforms Management
- Manage and update all digital channels regularly, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Schedule and publish content across platform
- Monitor platform activity and ensure timely updates
Website Content Manage
- Write, edit, and upload content for the company website
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Apply basic SEO practices (e.g., keywords, meta descriptions, content structure) to improve visibility and search performance
- Coordinate with relevant teams to reflect updates, services, and announcements
Trends Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor industry trends and digital best practices
- Monitor basic SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve content visibility
- Identify opportunities to enhance content performance and engagement
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track content performance across platforms using available analytics tools
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support data-driven decision-making for content strategies
***Educational Qualifications & Certifications***
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Creation (preferred)
- ***Knowledge & Experience (Functional and job***
- related)2–4 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or related roles
- Experience in managing digital platforms and website content
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
- Experience in corporate or healthcare environments is an advantage
- ***Skills (specific skills such as technical, computer related , etc)***
- Strong content writing and editing skills in English and Arabic
- Good understanding of digital platforms and content trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Basic knowledge of design tools (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
