You will work alongside senior leaders and technical experts to

identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver impactful digital projects

across mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

The role is designed for professionals with

3–5 years’ experience

who are looking to accelerate their careers in digital consulting. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on driving measurable value through digital transformation.This role is suited to a developing professional who has gained foundational experience and is ready to step into a client-facing consulting environment, contributing to project delivery, shaping solutions, and supporting business development activities.

As the Successful Candidate, You will be able to easily demonstrate the following capabilities:

You bring a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant Mining, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline with proven experience in a top tier- global consulting firm or equivalent advisory/delivery environment focused on the mining and metals industry with direct exposure to digital and Industry 4.0 solutions including analytics, AI, automation, and IT/OT integration. You confidently engage with stakeholders and contribute to both project delivery and business development, translating business challenges into practical, value-driven digital solutions. You demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and commercial capability, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You will have hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems and/or programming languages such as SQL, Python, C#.NET, or JavaScript.
