We are currently seeking an innovative
Digital Construction Engineer
- who can bridge technology, customer experience, and regional market needs across the Middle East & Africa.
- This is a full-time, hybrid role reporting directly to the Digital Construction Manager.
- What you’ll do
- Support resellers and end customers with both pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations that clearly communicate product value and workflow improvements.
- Guide customers in adopting BIM and digital construction workflows.
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and implementation workshops.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them improve digital delivery and collaboration workflows.
- Support coordination, model management, and cloud collaboration environments.
- What we’re looking for
- **Structural Engineer or Architect**
- with strong digital construction understanding. (2 - 5 years of experience)
- Advanced hands-on experience using AEC technologies in real projects, including tools such as CAD tools, structure analysis and design tools and BIM tools.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as BIM consulting, implementation, technical support, presales, or training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, with very good English or French communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely across multiple regional markets.
