Nutrition is looking for a highly motivated
***Digital Commerce & Platform Specialist***
to support the management, optimization, and continuous development of the company's digital platforms, including the Dr.
Nutrition website, Nutrition For Less website, and Dr.
Nutrition mobile application.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, website management, mobile app coordination, user experience optimization, and digital platform development.
This is an execution-focused role for a skilled professional who can improve platform performance, customer experience, and online sales while working closely with developers, designers, marketing teams, and external technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Dr. Nutrition websites and mobile application.
- Maintain product catalogs, pricing, promotions, content, and landing pages.
- Monitor website and app performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with developers to implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Test and validate website and app functionality to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and overall customer experience (UX).
- Analyze customer behavior using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support SEO initiatives and ensure best practices are implemented across digital platforms.
- Monitor integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM systems, and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, website management, digital platforms, or related roles.
- Experience working with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, nutrition, supplements, pharmacy, or wellness industries.
- Experience managing mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
