Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
  • Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
  • Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
  • Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
  • Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • We are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:
  • Document Management/Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
  • Electronic Forms and Workflow solutions
  • Systems integration across enterprise platforms
  • Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • You will also demonstrate:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioning
  • General knowledge of AI technologies and current trends
