StoryLab is looking for a senior leader to oversee and drive the overall performance, growth, and operations of our digital agency.
This is not a creative, art, or marketing director role.
We are seeking an experienced business leader who can manage agency operations, lead cross-functional teams, drive commercial growth, and ensure the successful execution of projects and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure efficient business performance
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the agency's client portfolio and market presence
- Manage budgets, profitability, resource allocation, and operational planning
- Oversee client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across creative, production, and client service functions
- Establish processes, performance metrics, and operational best practices
- Work closely with leadership to define strategic objectives and business priorities
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 8+ years of leadership experience, preferably within agencies, media, digital, creative, production, or service-based businesses
- Proven experience managing teams, operations, and business performance
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of agency economics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
