Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Executive to support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and delivery of our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing websites using

Adobe Experience Manager (Aem)

or other leading

Content Management Systems (Cms)

, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, consistent digital experiences.

Website & Cms Management

  • Manage and update website content using

Aem

  • or other CMS platforms (e.g.
  • WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal etc).
  • Build, edit, and publish pages, components, and templates in line with brand and UX guidelines.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple pages and markets.
  • Support website migrations, launches, and enhancements.

Content & Digital Operations

  • Coordinate digital content updates across teams including creative and development.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage publishing schedules.
  • Upload and manage assets, ensuring global guidelines are met.
  • Support localisation and multi-market content rollouts where required.

Quality Assurance & Optimisation

  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure websites function correctly across devices and browsers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot CMS, content, or display issues, escalating to developers when needed.
  • Support SEO best practices including metadata, page structure, and on-page optimisation.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Support reporting on site performance, content engagement, and user behaviour.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements to content and user experience.

Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Support project timelines, documentation, and delivery across digital initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day website updates and requests.

Essential

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in a digital, web, or content management role.
  • Hands-on experience with

Adobe Experience Manager (Aem)

  • or another CMS.
  • Strong understanding of website structures, navigation, and content hierarchies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Desirable

  • Experience working with global or multi-market websites.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience in an agency or large corporate environment.

Tools & Platforms

  • CMS: AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, Contentful (or similar)

• Analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

  • Project management: Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
