Diet Chef / Healthy Meal Chef
for a diet kitchen in Riyadh.
Experience
in healthy meal preparation, calorie-based menus, or companies similar to
Calo, diet centers, meal prep kitchens, healthy restaurants, or cloud kitchens
.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing healthy, diet, and calorie-controlled meals
- Knowledge of proteins, carbs, fats, portion control, and meal prep standards
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- Experience in international, Arabic, or diet kitchen menus is an advantage
- Must maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards
- Transferable Iqama preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy meals according to approved recipes and portion sizes
- Support menu preparation for diet and fitness-focused customers
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and calorie accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen team for daily production
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and hygiene standards
