Job Functions
- Perform complete overhauling of diesel engines for various brands.
- Disassemble engines, inspect components, and identify worn or damaged parts.
- Replace or repair pistons, liners, bearings, gaskets, seals, and related components.
- Reassemble engines with proper alignment and torquing.
- Conduct post-overhaul testing, road/load tests, and performance checks.
- Maintain detailed records of overhaul jobs and parts used.
- Coordinate with the workshop/service team to ensure timely completion.
- Support troubleshooting of engine issues and implement corrective actions.
