This is not a back-office role.

This is a founding sales position.

You will be one of the first people to represent us in this market, and your work will directly determine how many lives we reach.

🎯 THE ROLE

As an Enrollment Specialist, you convert eligible and interested patients into active, enrolled program members.

This is consultative inside sales with real mission β€” warm leads, structured conversations, and a product you can be genuinely proud of.

You'll work a pipeline of referred and inbound leads (from doctors, health plans, and digital channels) and guide people through the decision to enrol.

You're the first voice they hear from us.

The person who helps them decide that today is the day.

This is NOT a clinical role.

It is a high-performance sales role.

πŸ“‹ WHAT YOU'LL DO

β†’ Work a warm lead pipeline via call, WhatsApp, and video β€” ~50–70 meaningful conversations per week

β†’ Run structured discovery conversations to understand the patient's situation, fears, and readiness β€” then connect our program and products to what matters to them

β†’ Handle objections confidently: cost, timing, scepticism, family dynamics

β†’ Own the full enrollment journey β€” from first contact to a signed, activated member

β†’ Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate stages and follow-up cadences

β†’ Hit monthly enrollment targets and contribute to India team OKRs

β†’ Share real-time front-line insights with the product and clinical teams

β†’ As an early hire, help define the India enrollment playbook

Must Have

β†’ 2–5 years of inside sales, health counselling, or enrollment experience β€” with targets and conversion numbers you can speak to

β†’ Track record of hitting or exceeding goals in a phone or digital sales environment

β†’ Experience at a digital health, wellness, or EdTech company (Fitelo, HealthifyMe, BeatO, Practo, BYJU's, Unacademy, or similar)

β†’ Outstanding spoken communication in Hindi and English.

β†’ CRM discipline β€” you log calls, track stages, and follow up without being asked

β†’ Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup

Nice To Have

β†’ Prior experience in diabetes, chronic disease, or health program sales

β†’ An additional regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi)

β†’ Experience as an early team member of a fast-growing startup

β†’ Personal connection to or interest in health and chronic disease

A CDE certification or MSc Nutrition is not what makes someone succeed here.
