Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable **DHA-licensed Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse** with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, uphold high standards of patient care, and align with our organization’s core values while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse)
- Proven clinical experience with strong hands-on nursing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Strong clinical judgment, with a clear understanding of DHA regulations and the ability to make timely, appropriate decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality home healthcare services to patients with both acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications in compliance with DHA guidelines
- Perform a range of clinical procedures, including: IV therapy, Nebulization, Wound care, Tracheostomy care, Urinary catheterization, PEG feeding, Other relevant nursing interventions
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, and perform basic diagnostic tests such as blood glucose monitoring, pulse oximetry, and ECG
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and professional documentation of patient records and clinical reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
