Qualifications
- Optometry graduate from a reputable college or university
- Applicants holding a DHA license are encouraged to apply
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of progressive lens ranges across all major brands
- Ability to accurately mark lenses for Single Vision, Bifocals, and Progressive lenses
- Comprehensive understanding of ophthalmic lenses, including: All materials and indices / Lens types and coatings.
- In-depth knowledge of contact lenses across all categories, brands, and applications
- Experience fitting specialty contact lenses, including Toric and Multifocal lenses
- Working knowledge of major branded eyewear
Professional Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (technical and customer-related)
- Ability to multitask effectively while remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and undergo further training as required
