Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or any related Engineering discipline.
- **Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the dewatering industry within the UAE**

- **Valid UAE driving license**

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated and proven sales record with measurable targets achieved in the dewatering or construction sector.
- Broad and established network of contacts within the UAE construction industry, including contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and pipeline tracking.
- Technical understanding of dewatering systems, wellpoint systems, deep wells, and associated ground engineering methodologies.
- Confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE construction and infrastructure sectors, focusing on dewatering and groundwater management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with main contractors, developers, and project owners across the UAE.
- Prepare and deliver technically sound proposals, cost estimates, and presentations tailored to each client’s project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially competitive.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, prepare reports, and maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Conduct site visits, attend industry events, and represent WJ Groundwater at client meetings across the UAE.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the UAE dewatering and construction sectors.
