DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and software delivery systems.

This role is responsible for enabling efficient development workflows through automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and modern cloud-native practices.

The role will build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Responsibilities include implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing cloud environments, automating deployment processes, and ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with software engineering, QA, security, and product teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and release efficiency.

The DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer will manage containerization and orchestration platforms, oversee system configuration, and support monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.

The role will also handle incident response, disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and system performance optimization to ensure high availability and business continuity.

Additional responsibilities include implementing DevSecOps practices, strengthening infrastructure security, managing access controls, optimizing cloud costs, evaluating new technologies, and driving continuous automation improvements.

This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work effectively across engineering and business teams in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
