We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking
Devops Manager And Devops Engineer
to build, automate, and optimize the organization’s software delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
This role is responsible for enabling fast, reliable, and secure deployment of applications through modern DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement of system reliability and scalability.
The role will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and release processes.
Responsibilities include automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing cloud environments, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of production systems.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with software engineering, QA, security, and product teams to improve deployment efficiency and system stability.
The DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer will implement containerization and orchestration solutions, manage configuration and environment consistency, and support monitoring, logging, and observability systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
The role will also oversee incident response, system performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
Additional responsibilities include implementing DevSecOps practices, strengthening system security, optimizing infrastructure costs, evaluating new technologies, and driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering and business teams in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, DevOps, or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, system architecture, and cloud security principles.
- Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go is an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools for system performance and incident management.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
- High level of adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.
