Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Devops Manager And Devops Engineer
to design, implement, and optimize the organization's development and operations infrastructure.
This role is responsible for improving software delivery processes, automating infrastructure management, enhancing system reliability, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing technology environments.
The role will manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and support infrastructure provisioning using modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities include monitoring application and infrastructure performance, managing cloud environments, implementing configuration management, and ensuring system availability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with software engineering, quality assurance, security, and product teams to streamline development workflows and improve release efficiency.
The DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer will support containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code (IaC), system monitoring, log management, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization.
The role will also implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, manage access controls, support vulnerability remediation, and contribute to continuous improvements in automation, scalability, and operational resilience.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation, evaluating emerging technologies, and recommending infrastructure enhancements that improve reliability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, networking fundamentals, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar is an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of version control systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and technical initiatives.
- High level of adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.
