As a Devops Engineers - AWS / Azure - Manager you will lead delivery work across cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment pipelines, and operational support within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach developing professionals, manage performance, and help drive client workstreams with a balanced focus on technical delivery, business understanding, and integrity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help translate data and analytics engineering needs into practical DevOps solutions, support AWS and Azure environments, and contribute to scalable ways of working that support client priorities and team growth. Responsibilities - Leading DevOps workstreams across AWS and Azure environments to deliver data science and automation solutions - Managing project plans, priorities, and timelines while coordinating technical delivery across client engagements - Guiding teams in building, testing, and deploying cloud-based pipelines, infrastructure, and machine learning workflows - Applying infrastructure as code, containerization, and CI/CD methods to streamline release cycles and application reliability - Monitoring system performance, pipeline health, and deployment outcomes while resolving technical issues and production incidents - Translating business needs into scalable platform designs that support analytics, AI, and data engineering use cases - Coaching team members on DevOps methods, cloud services, scripting, and platform administration - Reviewing technical work for consistency, security, and alignment with delivery requirements and client expectations - Identifying automation opportunities that improve delivery speed, repeatability, and operational efficiency - Collaborating across technical and business teams to define solution approaches, manage dependencies, and support implementation What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering - Demonstrating AWS and Azure DevOps delivery in client-facing settings - Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion efforts - Mentoring team members through review cycles and coaching - Applying system thinking across linked technical components and workflows - Managing quality, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Advanced Infrastructure as Code - Kubernetes Cluster Management - CI/CD Architecture Design - AWS/Azure Advanced Services - Terraform Advanced - Security Architecture - Monitoring & Observability Travel Requirements Job Posting End Date
