DevOps Engineer
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web, mobile, and backend components (build, test, security scans, packaging, deployment).
· Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep/CloudFormation) and configuration management.
· Containerize services and operate orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift); manage deployments (Helm), scaling, and rolling updates.
· Implement environment management (dev/test/stage/prod) with consistent configuration, secrets handling, and release promotion.
· Establish observability: centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting; support incident response and on-call rotation.
· Implement security best practices: least privilege, network segmentation, vulnerability management, image scanning, SBOMs, and patching.
· Manage secrets and key management using secure vaulting solutions; rotate credentials and enforce auditability.
· Design high availability and disaster recovery: backups, replication, failover procedures, RPO/RTO targets, and DR drills.
· Optimize performance and cost: autoscaling, resource rightsizing, caching strategies, and capacity planning.
· Support compliance requirements: audit logs, configuration baselines, change management evidence, and access reviews.
· Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment patterns, operational readiness, and reliability engineering practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or platform engineering roles supporting cloud-native systems.
· Strong experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.
· Hands-on knowledge of Linux, networking, TLS, and system hardening.
· Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Azure Monitor, etc.).
· Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed system issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
