Position Overview
We are seeking a **DevOps Coordinator** to oversee and manage DevOps processes, automation initiatives, and system integration projects.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
The DevOps Coordinator will play a key role in guiding operational efficiency and maintaining Hawk DevOps LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate DevOps workflows across development, testing, and operations teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor deployment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align DevOps practices with project requirements.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Prepare documentation of processes, configurations, and automation scripts.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
