Development Operations Engineer

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless, zero-downtime delivery of enterprise-scale applications such as ERP SaaS solutions.

· Build and extend in-house automation tooling to streamline deployments, operational tasks, and developer workflows.

· Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to support build, test, and deployment automation.

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes environments.

· Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform (and AWS CloudFormation where applicable) to provision and manage cloud resources. · Administer and tune Linux and Windows Server systems supporting production and non-production environments.

· Contribute to the standardization and automation of development workflows and operational tasks using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

· Support application scalability, security, and resilience in alignment with Infor's cloud-first strategy. · Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure high availability of services. · Document processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
