Development Engineer Placement (London, Park Royal)

The project scope is flexible depending on the individual, but will include some or all of the following :

• Preparation and execution of simulation models
• Preparation of CAD models & prototype engineering drawings
• Development of test equipment and instrumentation
• Interpretation of test data, synthesis of results & Reporting
• Input and evaluation of design improvements
• Contribution to project reviews
• Protection of Intellectual property (patent proposal)
• Competitor analysis

Students will be given an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the role of a professional engineer within a large business.

The placement would be completed within the Core Engineering department which is heavily involved in product specification, design, development and validation.
