Role overview
Develop and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code applications, and custom software components under senior team guidance.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and follow coding and quality standards.
- Maintain code repositories and version control practices; prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Develop solutions from approved requirements and designs; support integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Assist with deployments and production verification; prepare knowledge-transfer materials and handover support.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on configuration and development in reporting environments and custom software applications.
- Hands-on configuration and development in SharePoint, content management environments, Power Apps, low-code platforms, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Articulate 360 and Jincom, including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
- The ideal candidate will have reasonable experience with the highlighted tools and technologies.
