Who You Are:
- You take ownership of your automations from requirements to production. You combine a strong analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach, and you communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams. You are a proactive individual contributor and a team player who shares knowledge, raises the quality bar, and sees problems through to completion For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized, accredited university or institution
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and Power Apps
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features, such as lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, master pages and permissions management
- Experience systems through APIs and connectors (REST, JSON, OAuth)
- Experience delivering projects in Scrum or Agile teams, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Practical experience with Copilot Studio or a strong ability to ramp up quickly on AI agent solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document solutions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences
- Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to Power BI development
- Basic level of RPA developments using Power Automate Desktop
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries, views and store procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Experience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile frameworks for project planning and delivery
- Experience working within an ITIL model to resolve user queries within agreed SLAs
- Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal customers from a range of functional areas
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
