What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Detailer, you play a vital role in making every vehicle look showroom-ready for our customers:

Wash exteriors, clean windows, wipe door jambs, and vacuum interior cabins thoroughly.

Deep-clean upholstery, carpets, and interior trim using professional equipment and solutions.

Apply wax, buff exterior surfaces, and treat vinyl, leather, and fabric with protective treatments.

Steam-clean engine compartments and undercarriages as needed.

Perform quality checks on vehicles for cosmetic damage or mechanical issues and report findings to service management.

Inspect, maintain, and stage showroom and lot inventory in market-ready condition.

Safely operate and maintain all detailing tools, buffing machinery, chemical solutions, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Fuel, transport, and complete final preparation on vehicles prior to customer delivery.

Keep detail bays, tools, and work environments clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Active, valid driver’s license with the ability to meet MVR requirements. (MVR check required).

1+ years of professional automotive detailing, car wash, or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply!).

Ability to safely drive both automatic- and manual-transmission vehicles preferred.

Strong physical stamina: comfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working actively for extended periods.

Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering top-quality work.

Day shift, evening, and weekend availability required.
