Dessert Chef – Retail & Live Counter

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve desserts including Fog , roll ice cream, cold stone, waffles, sundaes, shakes, and sizzlers
• Perform live dessert preparation with engaging presentation and customer interaction
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and premium plating
• Deliver excellent customer service and actively upsell add-ons, combos, and premium items
• Operate and manage equipment including roll ice machines, cold plates, waffle makers, blenders, and sizzler setups
• Maintain proper cleaning, handling, and basic troubleshooting of machines
• Assist in store setup and pre-opening activities, including counter arrangement and workflow setup
• Ensure all stations and equipment are fully ready for operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Support in stock handling and minimizing wastage
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with POS/billing when required
• Bring creativity in developing new dessert ideas, combinations, and presentation styles
• Create short videos/reels of products for social media and marketing purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
