Job Description
We are urgently hiring an experienced **Desktop Engineer / IT Support Engineer** for an onsite freelance role in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong end-user support experience and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desk-side support for end users
- Perform IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
- Handle Break/Fix support for desktops, laptops, phones, monitors, and peripherals
- Support asset disposal activities
- Deliver high-quality client-facing IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
Work Schedule
- 1–2 days per week (dispatch-based support)
- Up to 5 days onsite Knowledge Transfer (KT) before Go-Live (18 May 2026)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of onsite/field IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of EUC (End User Computing)
- Hands-on experience in desktop troubleshooting and IMACD services
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- **Language Requirement:** English and Arabic (A2–B1 level mandatory)
- Immediate availability is required
- Pay: AED40.00 - AED55.09 per hour
