We are urgently hiring an experienced Desktop Engineer / IT Support Engineer for an onsite freelance role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong end-user support experience and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desk-side support for end users
• Perform IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
• Handle Break/Fix support for desktops, laptops, phones, monitors, and peripherals
• Support asset disposal activities
• Deliver high-quality client-facing IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently

Work Schedule

• 1–2 days per week (dispatch-based support)
• Up to 5 days onsite Knowledge Transfer (KT) before Go-Live (18 May 2026)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of onsite/field IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of EUC (End User Computing)
• Hands-on experience in desktop troubleshooting and IMACD services
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
• Language Requirement: English and Arabic (A2–B1 level mandatory)
• Immediate availability is required

Pay: AED40.00 - AED55.09 per hour
