Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily IT equipment deployments for new employees with hiring managers.
  • Order and activate mobile phones and resolve telecommunications vendor issues.
  • Process computer and peripheral purchase requests and maintain related documentation.
  • Create requisitions and purchase orders for hardware stock and customer orders.
  • Create shipping labels, track deliveries, investigate shipping delays, and verify shipments against purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory control systems and prioritize business-critical hardware.
  • Deploy computers to employees and new hires.
  • Support asset tracking, equipment redeployment, and basic PC/Mac repair and troubleshooting.
  • Provide desktop support, maintain deployment documentation, and handle local and remote user support requests.
  • Provide occasional support for meeting-room audio/visual and collaboration technology.
  • Maintain incident management records and participate in special projects and administrative work.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience deploying Windows and macOS computers.
  • Bilingual English and French communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Windows 11 knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting conferencing equipment, displays, cameras, microphones, and collaboration technology.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, customer service, and learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intune and Jamf experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a support role for a software organization is preferred.
  • ITIL knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Experience deploying equipment to a remote workforce is preferred.
  • Jaggaer experience is a plus.

Salary Range

  • Hiring range: $50,000 to $65,000 CAD per year.
  • Final compensation is based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
