Overview

We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on laptop configuration, delivery, and post-implementation support for applications such as Outlook and Teams.

This position will also involve setting up meeting rooms from scratch and providing support for audio-visual devices.

Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant certification
  • Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg application
  • Experience with audio-visual devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Log, track, and update tickets in ITSM tools with accurate details
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolution timelines

Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker
  • Well-mannered and well-groomed
