About This Role
Recruitment – Associate Interior Architect
- As part of the expansion of our high-end villa renovation activities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an Associate Interior Architect (male or female) willing to take part in the development of a new division specialised in the renovation and enhancement of exceptional properties.
- 📍 Position based in Dubai – Business Bay
- 💰 Success-based collaboration and remuneration.
- 🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business development and prospecting
- Identifying premium villa renovation opportunities
- Client relations and project support
- Architectural design and interior design development
- Preparation of drawings, mood boards and 3D visualisations
- Aesthetic supervision and project coordination
- 🔹 PROFILE REQUIRED
- Experience in interior architecture or high-end renovation projects
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in business development
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of the luxury real estate market is appreciated
- 🔹 TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong AutoCAD skills required
- Proficiency in 3D software and visual rendering tools
- Photoshop / SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion or equivalent software appreciated
- Above all, we are looking for an ambitious, creative and entrepreneurial personality capable of contributing to the creation of a high-potential business in the luxury villa renovation sector within the UAE.
