About The Role
FullFlat is looking for a results-driven
Designer Consultant (Sales)
based in the UAE to help us grow our presence within the interior design community.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting interior designers, design studios, and architects into active partners and clients.
If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and existing connections within the UAE’s design industry — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect interior designers, design studios, and architecture firms across the UAE
- Manage design project for clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with design professionals to drive repeat B2B sales
- Present FullFlat’s furniture solutions as a value-added offering for designers’ projects
- Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) and product presentations tailored to designers’ needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and close contracts with designer clients
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track all leads, proposals, and closed deals
- Stay up to date with design trends and competitor activity in the UAE market
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts by gathering feedback from designers on product range and pricing
- Assist with project coordination as needed
Requirements
- Based in the UAE (essential)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Experience in design, preferably in furniture, interiors, home furnishings, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Existing network or demonstrated ability to connect with interior designers in the UAE
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of the UAE’s design and real estate/holiday homes sector is a strong plus
