Designer

Experience working in a construction industry with a focus on roof truss design and Posi-Joist design

Working knowledge of PAMIR design software (essential)

Ability to communicate confidently with customers and build strong relationships

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

Relevant design experience

Producing accurate quotes and MiTek Pamir Designs for roof trusses and floor joists from enquiry through to final design

Managing customer enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the design process

Working closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure designs meet customer requirements

Supporting improvements in turnaround time and overall customer experience
