About This Role
Product Development & Sampling
- Develop products based on approved seasonal themes and mood boards, ensuring creative
- alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Conduct market research on global and regional trends, competitor assortments, and consumer
- preferences to guide product concepts.
- Review and present the performance of previous season’s designs, identifying key learnings and
- improvement areas to guide new product development.
- Liaise closely with vendors to follow up on sampling, ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain detailed tracking of product development timelines, vendor performance, and sample
- status.
Design & Rendering
- Create and edit basic designs using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools.
- Adjust and set design scale and placement as per product specifications and proportion
requirements

- Develop design renderings on product images for internal review and presentations.
- Assist in translating design concepts into product mock-ups for buyer/vendor communication.
- Prepare presentations and visual layouts for internal reviews and range sign off.
Theme, Moodboard & Visual Coordination
- Work with external design agencies to finalize seasonal themes, mood boards, and colour pallets.
- Research global trends, competitor assortments, and emerging textile innovations to support theme
- creation.
- Creating coordinated products looks across the department in Homeware, ensuring cohesive visual
- stories that enhance customer experience and drive cross-category sales
